REACH is led by a small board of professionals — educators, attorneys, healthcare leaders — who share a commitment to metro Atlanta's student-athletes.

Founder

Brian Q. Lee

Brian Q. Lee, founder of The REACH Initiative

Brian Q. Lee founded REACH after a season-ending injury and the loss of his mother to breast cancer reshaped his senior year at Westlake High School. A 2005 Wendy's High School Heisman Georgia State finalist, Brian made the jump to college without a mentor — and decided no scholar from his community should have to.

REACH awarded its first scholarships in 2020 and 2021, paused during COVID when his daughter was born prematurely, and is re-launching for the 2026–2027 school year.

Brian lives in Atlanta with his family and continues to lead REACH alongside a board of professionals committed to metro Atlanta's student-athletes.
