Before you start

Bring this with you.

  • Most recent transcript (PDF, unofficial is fine)
  • Two recommendations — one from a coach, one from a teacher or counselor
  • Personal essay (500–750 words) on a challenge you've faced and what you've learned
  • One photo — sport, school, or candid (we use it if you're selected)
  • Parent / guardian contact if you're under 18
